Block Party / Picnic

Hi Neighbors,
If you haven’t already, please mark your calendars for our Neighborhood Block Party.
Saturday, September 7, 2024 4-8 PM Dubonnet Way between 7610 and 7615 (we will block off the street)
Your HOA will provide hot dogs, brats, condiments and water with music.
Bring a side to share and your own drinks and chairs.
New this year will be a drawing for a $50 Gift Card to each of the following businesses in our local Trader’s Point Shopping Center: Ted’s Montana Grill, Eat Thai, Monical’s Pizza, Longhorn Steakhouse and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Be to sure stop at the ‘Welcome Table’ to get a nametag and fill out a raffle ticket for one of the above prizes. The winning tickets will be pulled later in the evening.
For the ‘young at heart’ there will be face painting 5-7 PM. And, there may yet be one more surprise. Hope to see lots of neighbors, old and new!
Things we could use if you have them to share (feel free to drop them off at the above location between 3:00 and 4:00 PM and we will help set them up):
