    Please use the "Contact" page to submit questions.  Every question will be answered as quickly as possible, but not necessarily added to Frequently Asked Questions.
  • chevron_rightWhen do our streets get plowed?
    We have a contract with Franco Landscaping to plow at 3” or more, and to treat the hills in the older area, and intersections on Normandy.   Two resident volunteers drive through the neighborhood when they can after plowing is done, and they let the NFHA President know if they see anything to be concerned about. 
    We hire a private contractor because the city doesn’t plow our streets.
    It is impossible to see property borders under several inches of snow and we have curved streets and long distances between some drives and mailboxes, that’s why we have the red flags available.  
    The red flags are available on the front porch at 7551 Perrier Dr.
  • chevron_rightWho do I notify when I'm moving?
    It would be very helpful if you would notify us when you are moving.  Please use the "Contact" page and let us know when you are leaving and if you know then name of the new owner and any contact information you may have for them.
  • chevron_rightHow do I change my profile?
    After you login to the website, there is a "Your Profile" link in the upper right corner next to your name.  Click on the link and you will see what items in your profile you can change.
    We'd like everyone to consider "Update Directory Preferences" to Yes and set your "Field & Preferences" to "Only Other Members Can See"  This way only other people registered with us will be able to see your photo, address and email address.
    Then click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
    Other profile items that can be changed are;
    Change Username
    Change Password
    Update Photo Albums
    Update Profile Photo
    Update Profile
    Update Directory Preferences
    View Transactions
    Event Registrations
